Theatre night

Stevie had a day off so it was a bit quiet. I worked steadily most of the day.

Mirinda staying in town again because she has to work tomorrow.

I went and saw Relative Values with Susan Hampshire. It’s a Noel Coward. The first act was very boring and the set was pretty bad. Ms Hampshire made a few mistakes early on and I was ready to go home at the interval but Act Two sparked up a bit and piqued my interest so I stayed.

The second half of the play was much better – the establishment had been left behind. The guy playing the butler was particularly good.

It was almost a full house and they all seemed to enjoy it.

A few of the actors managed to get to the station before I did. Very quick.

Taxi home and in the door at 11:30pm. Very, very tired.
