A perfect day

Today, being a special one, Mirinda said I could do whatever I wanted. I thought for a few nanoseconds and said “Nothing!” And nothing is what I did.

The only break in the day was a drive up to Next Door at the George for a roast lunch and sticky toffee pudding.

Following a lovely, filling, lunch, we had our customary wander around the back streets.

We then drove home the very long but infinitely more scenic back way.

After blipping, I lay upon the long lounge while Mirinda serenaded me – well, she practised guitar while I feigned sleep in order to listen.

See? Perfect!
