The Hill House is on Summit Avenue - where all the ostentatiously wealthy built houses are. I went on a tour that walked all along the avenue and looked at the houses. They are enormous. This one was broken into 6 flats - each flat of 4,000 square feet. So that's 24,000 square feet plus common space. So it is much bigger than this picture makes it look. I like the wrought iron detail in the gable. This one is quite attractive, but I found many of them to be hideously ugly.
