The park path heading up Heart Attack Hill is coming along very well. The old one has been lifted and removed and, this morning, the hard core had been laid. The project has six weeks, but, I reckon they might just finish earlier.

And the fevered activity wasn’t confined to the park. At home, I was busy printing very important documents for Mirinda to sign, for me to scan and then send off to all and sundry.
One particular document had to be printed, signed, scanned and then redone a number of times. There were a few reasons for this. But mainly because of a colour issue. The document was for the bank in Sweden and, apparently, you can only sign it in blue ink. I don’t know why. Anyway, eventually it passed muster.
Late in the day, Mirinda went off to Hindhead for her first face to face guitar class for ages while I had my reading hour on the terrace, where a slight breeze kept me coolish. The temperature outside my office was 32° at around 4pm, so the breeze, though slight, provided much needed relief.
