Looking at real estate

We went and viewed a house in Alton today and fell in love all over again. This one is perfect and the garden a lot smaller. Also within walking distance of the station. £195k too, which makes a lot more sense.

We made an offer and it was accepted. Mirinda to set the wheels in motion once again, on Monday.

We then went to Frensham so I could look at the other place that Mirinda viewed last week. We met the realo at the property (different one from last week) and he’d brought the wrong key. It was really weird. So we waited ten minutes for another realo to turn up with the right key. The first realo had to go to another viewing while the one who turned up with the correct key was dismayed as he had to go to another viewing in two minutes.

He rushed us through the house. The whole thing made me wonder how Andrew Lodge remains in business.

We then went to Guildford – it was very crowded – to see You’re Only Young Twice with Brian Murphy. It was terrible. Cast good, play crap. We left at interval.

I made a brilliant quiche for tea.
