Gorgeous day. Except for the thrum thrum of mindless techno crap pounding through the wall from next door.
Went into Guildford to see Antony Sher in Mahler’s Conversion. Gary Waldhorn (David from The Vicar of Dibley) was in it as well.
Very good performances though the direction wasn’t very good. The director is Sher’s partner.
The cast, on the whole was good but the guy playing Lipiner (Nickolas Grace) was excellent. Sher very good but a hard character to portray.
Went home via Sainsbury’s for cake ingredients and spent a motza on heaps of other stuff.
