Replacement Turkey

Got up early and, on a whim, walked down to Tesco at 7am in search of a replacement turkey. I managed to get one for £15 so not a great loss if the £60 original turns up today.

Still managed to catch my normal train.

Noticeably warmer today; very overcast but not raining. There’s no way it’ll be a white Christmas in Haslemere.

Went for a Chrissy drink at 12 (three pints and a Jack) then left for home at 2.

Farelli was already there when I reached home so we had a mad rush to clean up before the others arrived.

Stuffed aubergines followed by jalousie went down very well.

Mirinda and I opened our presents. She bought me a laser level. Should make life a little easier.
