Ronnie Corbett died today. He was 85. The world is a little less amusing.
I waited in for a stake delivery which was supposed to arrive ‘late morning’ but eventually turned up at almost 4pm. Or very late morning, as I call it.
Still, I can’t complain. This is how the terrace looked by the end of play today
Rather than try and describe Mirinda’s idea for a higgledy piggledy fence, I’ll photograph it once I’ve completed it.

The rest of the day was divided up into housework, more form filling and walking the dogs. The weather was beautiful.
