Today I had Mirinda working from home and Bob visiting for meals so most of my day was spent in housework and general maintenance. This just means there’s not a lot to blog about. So, rather than some hilarious recounting of my day where I exaggerate and make something out of nothing much, I’m just going to post some photographs.
First up, this time last year, the office was completed and I took a photograph looking back up the garden. The image from last year is on the calendar. This is for comparison.
And a year later…
I tried to get Carmen in the same spot as last year but she’s being a bit awkward.
And here’s a few flowers. Firstly, the beginnings of the gladiolus…
…and the very low to the ground fuchsias…
One of the lovely, sherbet coloured snapdragons…
And, finally, another butterfly on the buddleia…
Oh, and before I forget, a great big HAPPY BIRTHDAY to Uncle Les who, apparently, has finally embraced texting.
Carmen is pretty close to the same spot!
You should run a competition “spot the 10 differences” I used to love them as a kid
You should take another photo when all the flowers are out around the office,it does look great though and Mirinda is right Carmen is in the same place just turned around and I love the ‘ spot the differences’. you should try it tonight when you see me.
Love mum x
